Trauma responses can be a result of an event and/or on gaining negative sensory experiences which can be associated to diagnosis. Children are left feeling unsafe, resulting in them remaining in a state of fight/flight/fright. 

Our Intensive Program is individualised & run by specialists OT's in a trauma-informed approach, using aspects of sensory integration, functional movements, mindfulness, relationship and playfulness. 

Childhood trauma is one of the nations most impactful public health concerns, with adverse childhood experiences being one of the strongest predictors for difficulties in life.
